Sunset wants to figure out how magic works in the Equestria Girls world and builds a bunch of stuff showing she's an engineer or something. She then gives Fluttershy the death penalty to conduct her experiments.
Then after Flutters is dead, we get her experimenting on the rest as generic music plays until she realizes she's learned nothing and the deaths were in vain.
Nothing interesting so 3 EV. Nothing to vibe with so 3 VB. No development so 3 DV.
Pinkie Spy

Rainbow Dash is trying to creep around a rival school to spy on people and Pinkie disrupts her and makes her blow her own cover. That's it. Rainbow Dash smells like vanilla apparently.
3 EV because nothing interesting. 3 VB because nothing to vibe with. 3 DV because no development that's interesting.
All's Fair In Love And Friendship Games

Lyra and Sweetie Drops (Bon Bon but I guess she's not a secret agent with the code name) are totally lesbians. The tryouts for the Friendship Games start but the two want in on the limited spots and their relationship falls apart staying true to lesbian divorce rates. Sweetie Drops also shows she's stronger than Bulk Biceps. Maybe she is actually a secret agent by now.
Then the Friendship Games roster gets posted and they find out they both got into the games and decide to date again.
I wasn't exaggerating, there's no way they aren't together.
It was minorly entertaining with Lyra and Bon Bon so it gets 4 EV. Nothing to vibe with so 3 VB. 4 DV because we get to see Lyra and Bon Bon's relationship.
Photo Finished

The German is tasked with taking yearbook photos. Ever notice how schools always take photos of kids without their consent because apparently parents can just sign away consent of children? Isn't it funny how a 17-year-old fully capable of reason can have adults just overwrite any free will they have and "consent" on their behalf?
So Photo Finish starts assaulting everyone to get photos. She's then about to be disciplined for her crimes but as is typical in industries and the government, she's gets off because her work is deemed valuable enough to not face real punishment.
Shenanigans are goofy enough to get 4 EV. 3 VB because nothing to vibe with. 3 DV because no development happens.
